New Elo Rankings

Welcome Summoners, i have a such fresh and good news for you,
Riot just released on PBE some files regarding new season 2/3 ranks, in praticularly, they released the future Badges used for your Elo.

Bronze

Silver

Gold

Platinum

Diamond

The intresting part is that we have exactly 8 badges for each Elo Rank, is Riot going to implement a Bracket system like Starcraft 2?
I really would like to see that in action and to be honest, i think that this system is way better than just having a number.

Riot just opened the section dedicated to all the high quality streams, here's the Page.

They announced that they will select all the streamers that wants to apply to keep a high quality content, avoiding to direct the community into a bad way with a bad streamer.

If you stream or even if you like shoutcasting you can Apply and hope to don't be rejected!

Requirements are not so high so why don't you give a shot?

• Give us a way to contact you which works.
• Keep your channel your own, and live.
• Maintain an audience of 1,000,000 or more viewer minutes a month.
• Be fair and considerate of others, and stay focused on making your content better.
• If you advertise your stream as League of Legends, stay focused on our game.
